COBBLERS PLAYERS MAKE RICOH VISIT

28 November 2014

Squad visit premises to promote future home games and support charity fundraising

As part of Northampton Town's Group Tickets programme and work to increase attendances at Sixfields, the club are visiting a number of major businesses in and around the town to promote future matches and to sell tickets and merchandise.

Following on from the recent visits to Tesco Distribution, Nationwide, Barclaycard and IPSL, on Friday club staff were joined by Ryan Cresswell and Tom Newey in visiting the offices of Ricoh in Northampton.

The players spent time meeting and chatting to staff, signing autographs and posing for pictures. They also helped with ticket sales for upcoming home games. The players also helped raise money for the Princes Trust by taking part in a fundraising car wash.

The club's school takeover series also continues. The school takeover days see the club spend a whole day in the chosen school, coaching the youngsters and helping out with lessons while later on in the day some of the players and Clarence the Dragon pay a visit. There is also the opportunity for parents and pupils to purchase tickets at a special rate to attend the following home game, with a feature on the school in the match programme.

If you would like the club to attend your school or work place, we would love to hear from you. Please email mark.peacock@ntfc.tv or wendy.lambell@ntfc.tv
