Striker leaves after having contract terminated
Striker David Moyo has left Northampton Town after having his contract terminated.
The Zimbabwe born striker made 18 appearances for the club, the majority of which were from the substitute's bench, scoring twice.
"David is a good lad and we wish him well," said boss Chris Wilder.
"His contract was up here in the summer and he is behind some of the other strikers here in the pecking order, but he leaves with our best wishes for the future."
Moyo is now a free agent and is expected to join a non-league club on a permanent basis.
