CONCESSIONS POLICY
The club recognise definitions put forward in the Equality Act 2010 and those supporters receiving a standard or enhanced rate of PIP can take advantage of ticket prices for disabled supporters. If anyone feels they qualify please contact the Ticket Office where each case will be considered on its own merits. The onus of proof lies with the supporter claiming, not the club. Supporters are asked to note that people on the enhanced rate of PIP will be given priority for the disabled car parking spaces.

SUPPORTERS WHO REQUIRE ASSISTANCE
Disabled supporters who require a Personal Assistant (PA) in order to attend matches will be given a free accompanying ticket adjacent to their own to enable assistance where needed.

The club may refuse to issue or revoke a free PA ticket where the PA moves seat and therefore does not accompany the disabled supporter during the match. In the event a disabled supporter, who requires assistance, wishes to attend but does not have a PA the club will provide assistance wherever possible, and supporters are asked to make the club aware at time of booking.

The club may request confirmation that a PA is required for the disabled supporter to access the facilities.

Please note that in the event a disabled season ticket holder is unable to attend a match the accompanying season ticket for the PA is not valid at the ‘free’ rate, this would therefore need to be upgraded at the ticket office to a paid ticket relevant to the category of the person attending.

Please note we operate a body and bag search policy prior to admission into the stadium. To assist, please only bring a bag if it is absolutely necessary. Please arrive in enough time to allow for these searches to take place.

POLITE NOTICE
The club do not permit the consumption of your own food or drink on the premises. We reserve the right to confiscate any such goods.

SUPPORTERS LIAISON OFFICER

We have a SLO whose responsibilities are not only to act as a point of contact for supporters but also to deliver the club's policy with regards to its stakeholders insofar as that policy concerns supporters; and to liaise with the club's management with regard to supporter issues.

Our SLO is Wendy Lambell - wendy.lambell@ntfc.co.uk
