Northampton Town signed winger Mitch Pinnock on a 2 year contract in July 2021 after Pinnock turned down the offer of a new contract with Kilmarnock.

The 6ft 1in Gravesend born player started his career with Southend United before a successful spell with Dover Athletic. He joined AFC Wimbledon for a tribunal fixed fee in the summer of 2018, and made 73 appearances in two League 1 seasons while in south west London, scoring seven times. In the summer of 2020 he moved to SPL side Kilmarnock and made 37 appearances in 2020/21, finding the net five times. Pinnock signed a new two and a half year contract at Sixfields in October 2022. Named in the EFL League 2 Team of the Season in 2022/23.
