Northampton Town signed Fleetwood Town midfielder Jack Sowerby for an undisclosed fee in September 2020.
Sowerby made 96 appearances for Fleetwood, with 30 of those games coming in the 2019/20 season. He also enjoyed a successful loan spell at Carlisle United in the 2018/19 season, scoring five times in 28 appearances. The club triggered an option to extend his contract in February 2022. He signed a new deal at Sixfields in January 2023.
