Josh became the youngest player ever to play for the club in November 2021, beating the record held by Ivan Toney.

Josh, born in Kettering in December 2005, was just 15 years and 336 days old when he made his debut. Became the club's youngest ever goalscorer in October 2022 and signed a long term professional contract a few months later. He joined Harborough Town on loan in December 2022 and moved to Barwell on a similar basis the following month. Joined St Ives Town on loan in October 2023.
