NORTHAMPTON TOWN v PORT VALE
MONDAY 1st APRIL 2024
3:00PM
SIXFIELDS STADIUM
SKY BET LEAGUE ONE
11th-placed Northampton Town host 21st-placed Port Vale in Sky Bet League One on Easter Monday.
Jon Brady is under no illusions that the Cobblers face a very tough test when Port Vale visit Sixfields on Easter Monday.
Vale are battling to stay in Sky Bet League One and have won their last two games, leaving Brady very aware of the threat they pose.
"Port Vale played really well against us up at their place earlier in the season and they are in good form so we know it will be really tough," he said.
"There’ll be a big Bank Holiday crowd at Sixfields and we’ll look to put on a good performance to reward the supporters but we know it will be very tough against a good side.
"We have seen so often you need everyone on top of their game to get a good result at this level and that’s what we’ll be looking for on Monday."

Northampton Town narrowly lost 1-0 away to Port Vale in the reverse fixture in September.
The Cobblers’ best opportunity fell to Sam Hoskins, whose close-range effort from Patrick Brough’s cross flew over the bar.
Valiants substitute Ben Garrity fired home a low shot from the edge of the box to snatch all three points late on.
