Northampton Town are likely to be without Kieron Bowie and Tony Springett for Saturday’s home game against Derby with the pair away on international duty.
“I’m expecting the squad to be the same as last weekend but Kieron and Tony are potentially unavailable,” he said.
“Kieron and Tony have both had international call-ups and we are planning for Saturday without them.
“We are in somebody else’s hands and if they are available then it’s not down to us, if their international managers select them then that's the way it is.
“We are trying to get some more players back but it’s up to the players who are in the side to step up and showcase themselves the best they can.”
