The Northampton Town FC Community Trust are delighted to confirm that they will be teaming up with Entertainment Escape Room Group Trappd within their Education Department!
Launched in 2016, Trappd operate multiple venues around the UK and have grown into one of Europe’s largest Escape Room Providers.
They trap a small group of people inside a themed room with the very simple task – escape within 60 minutes or face being Trappd forever! Participants use their teamwork skills, intuition, and intelligence to crack challenging codes, solve mind bending puzzles and unlock cryptic clues which will ultimately lead to their escape.
Every room has a story, and you must use the elements of the room to solve the ultimate puzzle and escape in time.
Escape Rooms are unique to Trappd. Their team of designers, engineers, carpenters and tech wizards’ handcraft all of their Escape Rooms in-house to ensure every detail is perfect and every customer can immerse themselves in another world for an hour.
The partnership officially began with the Education Team earlier this month with the Schools Education & Sports Mentors taking part in the Amazonia as part of their Spring Staff Training. The aim is for more schools to access the programme through their existing Community Trust partnership.
As pioneers in the Escape Room industry, Trappd has been successfully operating for eight years, captivating thousands of customers across diverse locations, thanks to our award-winning ingenuity.
"Amazonia" represents their inaugural mobile Escape Room meticulously crafted exclusively for schools. Children of all age groups will be warmly greeted in an interactive workshop by a safari-themed host, who will deliver an engaging introduction about the Rainforest's significance and its vital role in preserving our planet.
Their collective effort will involve unravelling puzzles, deciphering codes, and solving within a simulated cargo plane, immersing them deep within the Amazon rainforest as they progress towards the elusive city. Throughout this expedition, students will be compelled to employ unconventional thinking while tackling maths problems, anagrams, diagrams, and cryptographic puzzles to accomplish their mission successfully.
