TEAM NEWS

“One or two players are just starting to come back,” Jon Brady said.

“Jack Sowerby is fine, he has had a good week in training and he is looking strong.

“We’re in a busy run of games where some players may need a rest and we have to try and get that balance right when we bring some in and take some out for a breather.

“After Saturday it will be nice to have no midweek game and that will give the players the chance to have a bit of a rest.

“We want to finish the season strong and make sure we have as many bodies fit as possible. The players who have come in have really helped the group and we will need that for the last 13 games.”

Northampton Town won 2-0 at home to Burton Albion in the reverse fixture in November.

The even first half ended goalless, but the Cobblers dominated the second period and opened the scoring 10 minutes in when Marc Leonard found the top corner with a long-range strike.

Sam Hoskins placed a composed finish into the bottom corner to double the hosts’ advantage, secure all three points and end their six-game run without a win.
