Jon Brady has provided a squad update ahead of Saturday’s visit from Cambridge United.
“The players have been working hard in training and it was great to have Jon Guthrie back on Tuesday night,” he said.
“He came through more than 30 minutes against MK Dons without any issues and he will be in contention for selection on Saturday.
“Louis Appere has been a bit stop start in his comeback but we got some good minutes into him as well. We still need to get some more minutes into him, it’s about getting the balance right and we won’t overstretch anyone.
“Our preparation and scheduling has been a little different with this international break, we wanted to do that and feel we have the balance right.
“We know our group inside and out and Tuesday’s game was about building fitness.
“Reuben Wyatt came off on Tuesday night but it was just cramp, Ali Koiki has some soreness in his hamstring and we will have to wait and see on him for Saturday.”
