Jon Brady is looking forward to Saturday’s trip to Stockport County, and says his side often rise to the big atmosphere they are likely to face at Edgeley Park.
“It should be a good atmosphere up there, our players have lifted themselves in those type of environments and I expect nothing less on Saturday,” he said.
“It’s another tough challenge but we are used to that.
“We have faced a lot of tough challenges lately and the bigger the game, the better we are.
“Stockport are a good side and they have a strong squad but like every team they have strengths and weaknesses.
“It should be a cracking game and we are really looking forward to it.
“We know that we can be better than we were in the first half against Salford but we will learn from that.
“We turned our performance around in the second half and we showed a lot of character in the way we played.
“Some decisions went against us which we can’t do anything about and we just have to dust ourselves down and make sure we get our performance right at Stockport.”
