Jon Brady says the Cobblers have a lot to be positive about and will stay true to their beliefs as they prepare for the visit of Lincoln City to Sixfields on Tuesday night.
“We know how strong this challenge will be but as we have done in the games so far we will be taking the game to the opposition,” he said.
“If we can show the level of performances we have done, especially in the two first halves and take that on to the whole game we will give ourselves every chance to get a good result.
“Lincoln are a strong League One side, they’ve had two tough games so far against Bolton and Wycombe and they had a great result on Saturday.
“We felt we deserved something at Wigan but there are hard lines in football. We’ve hit the woodwork three times over the first two league games and there is a lot to be positive about.”
