Jon Brady has provided a squad update ahead of Tuesday night's game and he will delay naming his side for the game at Walsall until the last possible moment.
Sam Hoskins, Josh Eppiah and Max Dyche all missed the game at Swindon through illness while Shaun McWilliams, Tyler Magloire and Aaron McGowan were sidelined due to injury.
“We were stretched at the weekend and we will wait and see how we are for Tuesday,” he said.
“We trained later on Monday and we are just waiting to see how everyone is.
“The injuries, and lately illnesses, have been frustrating but as we’ve spoken about they have created opportunities for others.
“Players have taken those opportunities which has been really pleasing to see and when players do come back they know they have got to fight for their place in the side.
“Players that have come on in games have really made an impact and to have picked up a strong points tally while we’ve had these injuries is a big positive.”
