Manager Jon Brady has praised the impact of Chairman Kelvin Thomas and the spirit of togetherness and community around the club.
After a superb week off the field winning two major community awards, the Cobblers ended the week with an impressive 3-1 win at Bradford City.
"The win was for all the staff, those community awards we won shows how great and together our club is and how in touch with the community we are," said manager Jon Brady.
"We are really proud of that and the community engagement we have and what the club is all about.
"The Chairman sets the tone. He is never too up when we win or too down when we lose. He understands the role the club has in the community and that's so important for us.
"He is really supportive and we appreciate that so the win at Bradford was for him, the supporters and everyone back at home.
"This is a club to be proud of. There will be bumps in the road but this is a good club that does things the right way and they are the standards we set at Northampton Town."
