On Thursday, Northampton Town staged our fourth annual ‘Heads Up’ mental health football festival at Sixfields.
This year nine teams took part, including, from Northampton, The Bridge Programme, NTFC Multi Disability, St Andrews, and Recovery House.
This year we were delighted to be joined by a team from the Frank Bruno Foundation.
Other teams travelled from all over the country to take part.
The festival is open to all players with mental health issues and gives players the opportunity to play at a professional EFL stadium.
We would like to congratulate all who took part for the excellent quality of football on display.
