Jon Brady says the Cobblers are looking forward to Saturday night's play off semi final first leg.
Northampton Town come in to the play offs having won four of their last five games, but Brady says he is expecting a tough game against a side he has a lot of respect for.
“We are in good form, we’ve got belief and we’ve got confidence," he said.
“The group is scoring goals and creating chances and that all bodes well but it’s about making sure we are ready and performing on the day.
“The players will know how we are approaching the game and we are really looking forward to it.
“It’s another challenge we can thrive on, I expect Nigel Clough’s team to be hugely organised and really strong like they have been for the last two thirds of the season.
“They have turned their season around brilliantly well and they have been very strong at home.
“They are a great team with a great manager and Nigel is someone I hugely respect."
