To mark the 125th birthday of Northampton Town Football Club, Chairman Kelvin Thomas unveiled a plaque at the Jekyll & Hyde pub on the Wellingborough Road in Northampton on Wednesday.

Back in 1897, the Jekyll & Hyde was known as the Princess Royal Inn, and was where a group of local school teachers got together with the well known local solicitor, AJ 'Pat' Darnell to form Northampton Town Football Club on March 9th 1897.
