Jon Brady said he was a very proud man as he looked back on Saturday's 3-2 win over Tranmere Rovers and the club’s 125th birthday celebrations.
“On the pitch, at 3-0 up it should have been a lot more comfortable than what it was but we were playing a very good side in Tranmere and we saw the week before how they came from 2-0 down at Newport," he said.
“Conditions were difficult with the wind in the second half and things conspired against us in the last fifteen minutes but we got through and got the three points.
“So many people worked so hard to make it a special day on Saturday and it showed how together the club is.
“It was a really good day and I was just so glad we got the win for the fans and everyone at the football club."
