There are currently two volunteering opportunities within Northampton Town Women.
The East Midlands Women’s Regional Football League Premier Division champions are looking to recruit a Physical Performance Coach and a Grassroots Coach.
The Physical Performance Coach will plan and deliver physical performance and injury prevention sessions and provide advice and guidance on individual physical work as part of the first team staff.
Northampton Town Community Trust run girls’ teams across various age groups, and the Grassroots Coach will deliver and support the delivery of sessions and matches involving these teams.
These are two exciting opportunities to join the team as they look forward to their first season in the FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands, the fourth tier of the English women’s football pyramid.
