New Northampton Town striker Danny Hylton has been talking about his move to Sixfields and his desire to help the club be susccessful.
“It was quite an easy decision for me to make in the end," he said.
“I want to be part of something special and after speaking to Jon Brady and Colin Calderwood it was evident that there is a great environment here and that they really want to achieve something special here.
“That’s important for me and It’s something I’m excited to be a part of.
“I had some conversations here in January but I decided to stay at Luton until the end of the season. I kept an eye on what was going on here, I got a great vibe off Jon and Colin and I wanted to come here when the chance arose.
“It’s nice to be wanted in anything that you do, every footballer thrives on confidence and when you are confident you play your best stuff.
“I’ve been involved in a few promotions and my role here is to try and use my experience to help the club do what they want to do and that is to achieve promotion.”
