The new Northampton Town ticketing system is now live at ntfcdirect.co.uk.
The club have upgraded the ticketing system over the summer and tickets for the pre-season home games against West Bromwich Albion and Luton Town are now on sale via the new system.
Please note season ticket sales will resume in the coming days and match tickets for league fixtures will go on sale in due course.
When using the new system for the first time please use your same log in that you used on the old system, this will be either your email address or customer ID number.
Please then click on RESET MY PASSWORD. You will need to do this even if you know your password from the old system. Passwords have not been copied over from the old system so you will need to create your new password.
If you are receiving an error when clicking the RESET MY PASSWORD link this is probably due to having multiple accounts. Please contact the ticket office to resolve.
Please note, your 2022/23 season ticket details will be on your records.

Some initial benefits of the new ticketing system include print at home tickets now being emailed directly to the purchaser as a PDF while tickets can now be sent directly as a PDF text to a mobile device.
