We were delighted to receive the below email from Mr Mason, after his two sons, Zac and Charlie, were mascots at the Luton Town pre-season fixture.
"Can I say a big thank you to you and all the staff at Northampton Town for making our matchday experience amazing.
"My 2 sons, Zac and Charlie, were mascots for the friendly against Luton Town. From the initial enquiry to the ticket office to the hosts that met us on reception, to the hospitality staff, Colin our liaison man, were so helpful and friendly the boys and myself were blown away.
"Nothing was too much trouble and always smiling. We then met the Chairman and Manager and his coaching staff who again were brilliant considering they were preparing for a game they chatted with us all and made us feel very at ease.
"We then went to meet the players and yet again they were so friendly and took a real interest in the boys and made them feel at ease. We cannot thank you all enough and they boys had a memorable day.
"A fantastic mascot matchday experience that was more than we could have expected. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and an experience that we will keep in our memories for a long while."
