There are currently three vacancies within the Northampton Town Community Trust.
1) COMMUNITY MANAGER - FULL TIME (37.5 HRS PER WEEK)
SALARY: £26,000 -£30,000 PLUS PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES
The Community Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Community Trust ensuring that the charity is well coordinated and productive. The role will support the CEO in implementing the strategy, policies and procedures whilst managing, developing and supporting a staff team who are passionate about making a positive difference.
2) EMPLOYABILITY OFFFICER - FULL TIME (37.5 HRS PER WEEK)
SALARY: £20,000 -£25,000 PLUS PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting young people in their journey into employment or education. As the NTFC CT Employability Officer you will lead the employability department at the community trust, coordinating all NTFC CT employability provision, developing partnerships and recruiting young people to take part in our range of programmes.
3) HEALTH & WELLBEING COACH - PART TIME (20 HRS PER WEEK)
SALARY: £10,133 PER ANNUM
This exciting role will see you deliver a range of Health and Wellbeing projects and programmes for NTFC Community Trust. These activities and interventions will support both the physical health and mental health of people in targeted communities across Northamptonshire, often but not always using sport/football as a tool.
