Jon Brady is keen for the cold weather to relent and to get back in to Sky Bet League 2 action as he previews Saturday’s home clash with Carlisle United.
“We feel we have been playing well, we are in good spirits and we want to keep the momentum going,” he said.
“When you are in fine form you want to play but you can’t control the weather. We just have to make sure we remain sharp and we’re ready for the weekend.
“We were prepared for the game at Harrogate but the players safety has to come first and the referee made the decision. I was there Saturday morning and I felt Harrogate did everything they possibly could to get the game on so I’ve got no qualms about the postponement.
“The weather has made it difficult to train as normal so we have had to adapt but we have found an alternative and the ground-staff have been brilliant.”
