The Northampton Town squad made their Christmas visits on Thursday.
Some of the squad visited the Castle Hill United Reformed Church foodbank in Northampton.
Official figures show that this year 48% of children on the estate surrounding the church are living in poverty of which 33% are living in severe poverty.
The Castle Hill United Reformed Church are supporting 206 children of varying ages and providing these families with all ingredients for them to enjoy a full Christmas dinner while each child will receive a gift bag of age appropriate wrapped gifts.
The squad helped deliver items that have been donated to Spring Lane Primary School and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who donated an item to the appeal.
Meanwhile, some of the squad visited Kings Heath Primary Academy School in Northampton to spend time with the pupils and staff in some fun activities.
