IMPACT OFFICER - PART TIME (20 HRS PER WEEK)
SALARY: £10,133 -£12,800 PLUS PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES
The Impact Officer is a new and vital role for Northampton Town FC Community Trust to help us to evaluate and report on the impact our community programmes have on individuals and groups in our community. The Impact Officer will take a leading role in using data to drive impact and support decision-making across the organisation.
The Impact Officer will be responsible for maintaining the monitoring & evaluation system, supporting data collection, data analysis and reporting. You will support our team of managers and officers to monitor and evaluate their individual programmes to drive continuous improvements that are underpinned by data and insights taken from evaluations. As a result, we will be able to improve our programmes for our participants and better articulate the changes we make on their lives to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
