Jon Brady is assessing his options ahead of Saturday’s visit from Bradford City.
Paul Lewis has been added to the list of absentees with the midfielder set to serve a one-match ban following his sending off at Mansfield.
“We’ve got other options that we can look at and we have been working on things in training,” he said.
“We have been hit hard by injuries as everyone knows but that is part and parcel of football.
“We are light in that area and Pablo’s suspension does make things a bit trickier but it also presents an opportunity for others.
“Pablo has been key for us in midfield and I feel he has done a lot of work that has gone unnoticed. He is disappointed with himself and he knows that his discipline has got to be better in that moment."
Brady has also provided a fitness update on Ali Koiki and Peter Abimbola.
"Ali has just started to get back on the grass but whether or not this weekend will come a bit too soon for him we will have to wait and see," he said.
“Peter had a back spasm a couple of weeks ago and he has also had the non-Covid cold but he’s trained this week and he will fight for a place on Saturday.”
