Jon Brady has heaped praise on his opposite number as he previews Tuesday night’s trip to Newport County.
“We know we are in for a tough challenge,” he said.
“Michael Flynn and his coaching staff have done a terrific job, the assistant manager Wayne Hatswell is a former team mate of mine and they are a club and team who have shown a lot of resilience in recent years.
“They are a team a little bit more in transition this year because of some of the players who have moved on but that’s a side effect of their success.
“They are another team who play three at the back, they like to play football and they work really hard on set pieces.
“We need to prepare right and if we need to freshen the team up we will.
“We’ve had two away games with a bit of travel, I’m looking for a high energy performance and we will have to see that everyone is fresh and ready."
