The Northampton Town Community Trust are looking to recruit a full time Operations Manager.

OPERATIONS MANAGER- FULL TIME (37.5 HRS PER WEEK)
SALARY £26,000 - £30,000 PLUS PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES

The Operations Manager oversees all daily operations of the Community Trust ensuring that the charity is well coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and supporting staff.

The role will form part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will report directly into the CEO.

The areas of responsibility for this role are wide and requires a candidate with thorough knowledge of various organisational processes.

They will need to be competent and process the ability to plan and manage different kinds of operational activity. This role is integral to ensuring our staff are adequately supported and motivated on a day-to-day basis.

They will manage and link together all core departments at the community trust ensuring that the wide range of projects we deliver achieve targets and impact.

The Operations Manager will be a people person and have a passion for making a difference in the local community, using this to inspire others in line with our values driven approach.
