JON BRADY AIMING TO UPSET HARTLEPOOL'S STRONG HOME RECORD

The Cobblers boss looks ahead to Saturday's game

Cobblers boss Jon Brady previews Saturday’s trip to Hartlepool United.

“Hartlepool have got a fantastic home record and we know we are in for a tough challenge,” he said.

“We feel we can go there and upset that record but we know we need to be at our best to do that.

“We will do our tactical analysis and do what we believe will give us the best chance of getting a positive result."

Speaking about striker Kion Etete, Brady continued:

“It’s hard for Kion at the moment, he scored two goals at Coventry and I think the expectation from everybody after that was huge. That weighs heavy on a young player but his effort outside of the box is unquestionable. He works very hard but as a young player he will need moments where he comes out to refresh.

“He’s more desperate than anyone to score but I don’t want it to be psychologically weighing on him because when he gets that opportunity to score he needs to be calm and not have that pressure on him.

“He is getting into good positions and he just needs to keep the belief that it will come. That goes for all our strikers really but we know our supply has got to be better as well and we are working on that.”
