Saturday's game against Mansfield Town is the club's annual Community Day, where we shine a light on some of the club's work in the local community. In the build up to the game, we will be putting some of that work in the spotlight.
We organise a range of female centred programmes including delivery of the PL Girls programme, skills development centre and have seven teams ranging from under 8’s to the Northampton Town Women’s team.
We aim to support and inspire more women and girls of all ages and ability to get involved in football at all levels of the game. We deliver a range of weekly sessions in schools and the local community alongside a range of competitive playing opportunities through our grassroots, PDC and women’s team set ups.
