Northampton Town Football Club would like to say a huge thank you to the Full Support Group in Wellingborough for their donation of 20,000 face masks to the club.
These masks will help keep all of the club’s employees, and those being supported by the club’s community support programmes, safe and comply with Government regulations during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
“We are very grateful to Full Support in Wellingborough for their support,” said Commercial Director Caroline Lucy.
“As a club, we come in to contact with and are continuing to support thousands of people throughout this pandemic and the donation of these masks is a huge help to ensure we keep all those who we come in to contact with, and our staff and volunteers, as safe as possible.
“This is a wonderful community gesture from Full Support in Wellingborough and we are very grateful for their support.”
Sarah Stoute, CEO of the Full Support Group, said: “We supply PPE to the NHS and all over the world, but our home is here in Northamptonshire. We’re delighted to be able to support the Cobblers, as well as many other local clubs, schools and charities, helping to keep our communities safe in these challenging times.”
The masks are being worn across the club’s activities, including by the first team squad and staff supporting delivery of the Easter Holiday Courses.
The Full Support Group has been helping medical communities around the world stay safe and prepared for work on the frontlines by supplying PPE, RPE and other lifesaving products for 20 years.
