The Northampton Town Community Trust are currently recruiting for two positions.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK £16,000 - £18,000 PLUS PERFORMANCE RELATED INCENTIVES.

Do you have a love for marketing and communications? Do you want to work for a charity that are passionate about using football and sport to connect communities and improve people’s lives?

We are looking for a tech savvy person with an eye for detail who can help us grow our charity’s reach and profile. You will champion the impactful work we do sharing it online and offline to outline the impact we make. This role is vital in helping us to increase the number of people who access our programmes, as well as helping us to attract and maintain partners, funders and people to fundraise for us. You’ll love social media and be creative to help us share our stories to a variety of audiences including club fans and the wider community. This role involves working in a football environment. As such, some evening and weekend work will be required. This is a unique opportunity provided by a supportive organisation where you can build a strong foundation in marketing & communications.

Do you have a proven track record in supporting people into employment or education? Are you passionate about enhancing people’s opportunities in life and making a difference in the local community?

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting people in their journey into employment. The employability officer will coordinate the community trusts programmes that provide opportunities for people not in education and training (primarily targeting those aged 16-24) in Northamptonshire to access training and work experience to enable them to gain the skills and confidence to move closer to or gain employment. The post holder will therefore have a broad range of experience in building relationships with individuals from a range of backgrounds, alongside an ability to build and maintain relationships with employers. The role will combine project coordination and project delivery offering an exciting and varied role.
