Jon Brady was delighted to see supporters back for the Cobblers opening pre-season fixture, a 6-0 win at Sileby Rangers on Saturday.
“It’s fantastic to have fans back,” he said.
“As I’ve said from the start we want to get that connection back between the team and the fans and this is just the start.
“The facilities here at Sileby are fantastic and it was a good day for us.
“We are starting to see some connections out on the pitch, it’s a work in progress and we have a lot to build on. We have worked very hard this week and it was just good to get minutes in to the players.”
