Jon Brady says he knows Saturday’s home game with Barrow will prove a tough test for his side.
“You can’t underestimate Barrow at all, to draw away 0-0 at Ipswich and to beat Swindon 2-0 shows you what they are capable of and that they are a very strong outfit on their day,” he said.
“Mark Cooper is someone I know well and you can’t underestimate him either. He was my manager previously and I played with him as well. He’s had a great career.
“They have a big game on Wednesday night and we don’t know how they will come into Saturday on the back of that but one thing we do know is that our approach won’t change.
“We will be as thorough in our preparation as we have been all season and hopefully we will have a big crowd in on Saturday.
“Last week was a good week for us, we showed strong character and the players dug in when they needed to.
“We’ve scored goals at the right time and that is a great quality to have in a team. Sometimes in football you have to find a way to win and we’ve shown that we can do that.
“The squad stepped up and I was really pleased with Nicke Kabamba’s performance against Harrogate.
“The players who came in did well and the most important thing for those players now is to back that up.”
