Cobblers boss Jon Brady has been speaking of his respect for his opposite number Simon Weaver as he previews Saturday’s trip to Harrogate.
“I’m expecting another really tough challenge for us away from home,” he said.
“They have been really competitive over the last few years, they are a strong side and they are having a real go this season. I wouldn’t underestimate them and I’m not surprised to see them up there challenging the top seven.
“I was lucky enough to cross paths with Harrogate manager Simon Weaver many times when I was at Brackley and he has done a brilliant job there.
“They have done everything right there and supported by his Dad, Simon has done a fantastic job. I’m really pleased for him and his family because they are brilliant people.
“I was really pleased with the strength in character we showed on Tuesday night, we had to dig in at times but we found a way to win,
“We are looking up, we want to gain ground on Forest Green and keep this momentum going.”
