The Northampton Town Community Trust currently have two full time roles available.
They are looking for a Women & Girls Development Officer to manage the day to day running of the Women and Girls department at the Northampton Town Community Trust. You will also oversee the Women’s teams and grassroots teams representing Northampton Town (12 teams from u10’s to u16’s) along with the club's female development centres (both elite and foundation).

The Northampton Town Community Trust are also looking for a full time Employability Tutor. The role will be to motivate, coach, teach and train learners who are currently unemployed and looking to achieve sustainable employment. You will offer young people an overall learning experience that prepares them for the ability to function in adult and working life - developing effective support for learners, enabling them to succeed and progress gaining confidence and gain an understanding of the world of work.
