Northampton Town's final game of the season at Sunderland will be played on Sunday May 9 with a noon kick off.
All of the final round of matches will take place at the same time in the division with a number of games selected for live broadcast by Sky Sports.
In addition, the EFL have confirmed that the 2021/22 Sky Bet EFL fixtures will be released on Thursday 24 June at 9am.
