Jon Brady was keen to stress there is a long way to go as he reflected on the 1-0 home win over Shrewsbury.
“It’s a good three points but we’ve achieved nothing yet,” he said.
“We’ve been in this position before in terms of our home form which is very good now but we need to back it up.
“We are getting closer to where we need to be but we need to keep ourselves on an even keel."
Speaking about the tragic passing of Lee Collins this week an emotional Brady said:
“It’s been a very emotional couple of days, and today was a win for Lee.
“Lee was Rico’s (Marc Richards) best mate and it has hurt Marc a lot. I didn’t know him personally but from what Marc has told me he was a true captain and a real selfless individual and the news this week has affected a lot of people at the club very deeply.”
