Jon Brady reflecting on the Easter Monday defeat at league leaders Hull.
“Hull are a top class side and they could well go on to win the title,” he said.
“They are a Championship side in waiting, they move the ball round really well, we needed to try and stay in the game and come in at half-time 0-0 but it wasn’t to be.
“The third goal was really disappointing, goal difference could be crucial and that was a needless goal to give away right at the end.
“We came here to try and close the game out and come away with at least a point but we needed more purpose and belief in our play.
“There were a lot of things we didn’t do right today but it’s going to be a totally different game against Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
Peter Kioso was ill and that’s why he came off at half-time, he wanted to play but he wasn’t well and you could see that he wasn’t up to his usual standard.”
