Two of Northampton Town's younger players made loan moves in the build up to the weekend's matches.
Ethan Johnston joined Redditch United on a temporary basis, and he made his debut on Saturday, playing an hour as he helped Redditch to a 1-0 win away at Banbury United.
Meanwhile, Jacob Ballinger played the full 90 minutes as his temporary club, St Ives, were beaten 4-2 by Tamworth, Cobblers under 18s assistant coach Marc Richards scoring one of the goals for Ives.
