HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CODES FOR THE HULL CITY GAME

We have published a guide on how to watch the match on iFollow. Passcodes for Saturday are now being sent out to season ticket holders

If you have any questions about the passcode, please email ifollow@ntfc.co.uk.

We would strongly, strongly advise you to redeem your codes well ahead of matchday, in fact, please do it as soon as you can.

If you redeem ahead of Saturday you can log straight in on Saturday and watch the game. If everyone tries to redeem at the last minute we may struggle to help you!

IMPORTANT:

If you are a season ticket holder, please check ALL of your email accounts (business and personal), both spam and junk folders. The code will have gone to the email address we hold for you.
If you didn't actually purchase your season ticket yourself, please speak to the person who did purchase your season ticket on your behalf - your code may have gone to that person, particularly if you have never shared your email address with us!
If we don't have an email address attached to your account, we have posted a code out to you by letter.

CREATING AN IFOLLOW ACCOUNT

(If you already have an iFollow account you can skip this part, please go to https://www.ntfc.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/ but log in and scroll straight to the bottom of the screen, select subscribe to the next match and then follow the payment screen instructions below.)

Head to: https://www.ntfc.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/

Scroll down to BASIC PASS and click REGISTER NOW

Fill in your details and click CREATE ACCOUNT. Please create your own password, THIS IS NOT THE MATCH CODE WE HAVE SENT YOU.

Then head to the bottom of the screen and select the Hull City match and choose SUBSCRIBE NOW

Enter the promo code into the box on the screen and click APPLY to activate your discount. Your match pass will then be available for free. Please note you will still have to enter your card details in order to process the free match as the promo code works as a 100% percent discount.

Then you are all set!

Please note, if you have been charged in error, you will receive a refund.

If you have emailed ifollow@efl.com please be assured that your request has been logged and you will be responded to, but please note response times are currently longer than usual.

If you have already emailed, please do not send another email as this will generate a duplicate ticket in the system and your original email will lose its place in the queue.

All you now need to do is come back on Saturday and enjoy the game!

No problem, the match can be purchased here for £10.

ON MATCHDAY

HOW TO WATCH THE GAME VIA IFOLLOW

Firstly, please make sure you are logged in in the top right corner of the site.

If the site says SIGN IN/REGISTER then you need to log in. If the screen says HI <<NAME>> then you are logged in.

Please note you need to log in with your iFollow password, not the passcode we sent you. Once the passcode has been redeemed, you have no further use for that code.

If you have any issues logging in, please email ifollow@efl.com (please put Northampton Town in the email heading) or use live chat which is accessed by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen.

Please do not leave this until the last minute, the earlier you do this, the better! Last time, some supporters struggled to log in at 2.45pm. Please log in well before then if you can to beat the rush.

Once logged in, please head to the big claret box at the top of the home page called LIVE MATCH CENTRE.

Please click on that and from around 2pm a button will appear saying WATCH LIVE. Please click that button and enjoy the game!
