CLUB SUPPORTING SANDS UNITED AND CAFE TRACK THROUGH STAND UP BINGO ON SATURDAY

Please take part on Saturday

20 October 2020

Everyone at Northampton Town was saddened to learn of the break in at the Sands United clubhouse in Brixworth on Sunday October 18th.

The break in caused damage and has left the clubhouse unusable.

Cafe Track had agreed to share the profits from their weekly online Stand Up Bingo game on Saturday October 24th, but to avoid Cafe Track, itself a social enterprise that carries out fantastic work helping those on the autistic spectrum find employment, the club have agreed to underwrite the money that Cafe Track would have donated to Sands United to help them get their clubhouse back open again.

As a club, we believe it is important we stand alongside our friends in their time of need.

We would encourage all Cobblers fans to please take part in Stand Up Bingo this weekend to raise funds for two fantastic causes. For details on how to take part please see Cafe Track's Twitter and Facebook pages. To donate to Sands United's fundraising efforts, please see here.

If you have any information about the break in, please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101.
