Enjoy Saturday's match on iFollow

We hope that by now you are all set to watch today's game. If you haven't yet purchased your match pass to watch the game, these are still available for £10 and will be up until kick off, or, if you are a season ticket holder, we hope you have redeemed your passcode.

If you are a season ticket holder and you haven't redeemed your passcode, please do so without delay. Please, please do not leave it until the last minute. Important information on how to do that is here.

Please note, if you have been charged in error, you will receive a refund.
If you have emailed please be assured that your request has been logged and you will be responded to, but please note response times are currently longer than usual.
If you have already emailed, please do not send another email as this will generate a duplicate ticket in the system and your original email will lose its place in the queue.
To avoid being charged in error, please follow this diagram when inputting your code.


Firstly, please make sure you are logged in in the top right corner of the site.
If the site says SIGN IN/REGISTER then you need to log in. If the screen says HI <<NAME>> then you are logged in.
Please note you need to log in with your iFollow password, not the passcode we sent you earlier this week. Once the passcode has been redeemed, you have no further use for that code.
If you have any issues logging in, please email (please put Northampton Town in the email heading) or use live chat which is accessed by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen.)
Please do not leave this until the last minute, the earlier you do this, the better!
Once logged in, please head to the big claret box at the top of the home page called LIVE MATCH CENTRE.
Please click on that and from around 2pm a button will appear saying WATCH LIVE. Please click that button and enjoy the game!
The ticket office will also be open from 1pm to 3pm, please call 01604 683777 for assistance.

What do I do if I experience technical difficulties accessing the stream?
Firstly, please clear your browser cache and cookies, refresh your browser and try accessing content again; instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies can be found at the following links:
If you still have issues, please check for any updates available for your current browser and make sure cookies and third-party cookies are enabled.
If you have the same issues after trying those suggestions please try using an alternative web browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Safari and Edge) to eliminate any browser specific issues.

iFollow has been tested on the browsers & operating systems listed below.
On all of these, cookies must be enabled and we strongly advise turning any ad-blockers that you may be running off, as these can interfere with playback.

If you have purchased a video match pass and the stream is failing to load, there are a few steps you can run through yourself.
1. Make sure you're not running an ad-blocker
Some ad-blockers can interfere with live video playback so we recommend turning any ad-blockers off and refreshing the page, then try and reload the video stream.
2. Make sure cookies are enabled
You will need to ensure cookies are not disabled to run iFollow.​ You can check that you have cookies running by following the instructions for the relevant browser below.
3. Upgrade your browser
Make sure you are running the latest version of your browser. You can check this by following the instructions for the relevant browsers below.
4. Try another browser
If none of the above troubleshooting steps solve your issue, try downloading another browser.
