We have published a guide on how to watch the match on iFollow. Passcodes for Saturday are now being sent out to season ticket holders.
IMPORTANT – WE HAVE CLARIFIED OUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE WHO MAY HAVE PAID IN ERROR FOR PREVIOUS GAMES TO STOP THIS HAPPENING AGAIN. PLEASE DO READ STEP 4 ON THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

We would strongly advise you to redeem your codes well ahead of Saturday. If you redeem ahead of Saturday you can log straight in on Saturday and watch the game. If everyone tries to redeem at the last minute we may struggle to help you!
We would also advise you to log in as soon as you can on Saturday. The link to watch the match live appears at 2pm, and the earlier you can log in, the better!

1) CREATING AN IFOLLOW ACCOUNT
Head to: https://www.ntfc.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/
2) Scroll down to BASIC PASS and click REGISTER NOW
3) Fill in your details and click CREATE ACCOUNT. Please create your own password, THIS IS NOT THE MATCH CODE WE HAVE SENT YOU.
4) Head to the bottom of the screen and select the Peterborough United match and choose SUBSCRIBE NOW
IMPORTANT: WHEN YOU REACH THE PAYMENT PAGE
First of all, please head to the foot of the screen and the APPLY VOUCHER CODE BOX. Please bypass the Payment and Credit Card boxes.
The first job is to please input the passcode/voucher code we have sent you. IMPORTANT - YOU MUST CLICK APPLY.
Please make sure the discount code has been applied showing as -£10.00 and that the total to pay is showing as £0.00.
DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL IT DOES.
When it does, then, and only then, please go back up and enter your credit card details.

ON MATCHDAY:
HOW TO WATCH THE GAME VIA IFOLLOW
Firstly, please make sure you are logged in in the top right corner of the site.
If the site says SIGN IN/REGISTER then you need to log in. If the screen says HI <<NAME>> then you are logged in.
Please note you need to log in with your iFollow password, not the passcode we have sent you. Once the passcode has been redeemed, you have no further use for that code.
If you have any issues logging in, please email ifollow@efl.com (please put Northampton Town in the email heading) or use live chat which is accessed by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen.
Please do not leave this until the last minute, the earlier you do this, the better!
Once logged in, please head to the big claret box at the top of the home page (clicking on the badge in the top left corner takes you to the home page) called LIVE MATCH CENTRE.
Please click on that and from around 2pm a button will appear saying WATCH LIVE. Please click that button and enjoy the game!
