Keith Curle has highlighted areas where his side can improve heading into back-to-back home games this week.
“Our decision making needs to improve and we need to be more clinical in front of goal,” he said, ahead of the visit of Swindon Town on Tuesday and Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
“After we got the equaliser on Saturday it looked like there was only going to be one winner and that probably made the result even more frustrating.
“At the moment we are being punished for individual lapses in concentration but that is part of our learning and development and we need to improve in those finer moments.
“Some of the good things we did on Saturday we could have done more of and we know there are areas where we need to improve.
“We are always going to be competitive but we have to improve in certain areas. We’ve got players here who don’t shy away from criticism, they take it on board and they learn.
“Every team and every player is going to make mistakes throughout their career and it’s how they handle that.”
