Northampton Town Football Club are delighted that, following the latest Government announcement, we are able to welcome season ticket holders back to matches after the latest national lockdown ends on Wednesday December 2nd.
In accordance with regulations from the Safety Advisory Group, the club are required to stage a pilot event with around 1,000 season ticket holders in attendance and that pilot event will be our first home fixture after the end of lockdown, the Sky Bet League 1 fixture with Doncaster Rovers on Saturday December 5th.
Those season ticket holders who were successful in the ballot held to attend the pilot event against Doncaster Rovers on Saturday December 5th will receive a confirmation email via ntfcdirect.co.uk which will allow those supporters to print their tickets at home.
In that confirmation email, there will be a CLICK HERE link, a reference number and the stand, row and seat number you have been allocated for this game.
When you click on the link in the email, please enter your booking reference shown and your surname to reveal your tickets which you can then print at home and bring with you to the game.
Those who are unable to print at home can collect their tickets from the club store between 10am and 5pm on Wednesday December 2nd, Thursday December 3rd or Friday December 4th.
Or, if you cannot do either of the above, you can collect on arrival on the day of the game from 12 noon onwards, but we would please recommend printing at home where at all possible.
For those supporters who do not have an email address showing on the ticket office system, we have printed those tickets and have posted them out to you.
For bubbles of more than one person, ticket(s) will be sent to the bubble co-ordinator.
Please note it is essential that you sit in the stand, row and seat shown on your ticket. We are required to socially distance supporters and that means you will not necessarily be in your usual season ticket seat, row or even stand. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have been chosen to attend the Doncaster Rovers game and do not wish to do so, please email the club at ifollow@ntfc.co.uk and we can allocate your seat(s) to another season ticket holder(s).
Any season ticket holder not chosen to attend the Doncaster Rovers game will be able to attend the Lincoln City match on Saturday December 19th and tickets for that game will be distributed, similar to the above, in due course.
Thank you again for your support. The club will be publishing a code of conduct on ntfc.co.uk in the run up to the game, we do ask that all season ticket holders attending read through this to familiarise themselves with the protocols in place to help keep everyone safe.
Matches will continue to be shown on iFollow for season ticket holders for home league games they are not attending, but for those who are attending the Doncaster Rovers game, we can't wait to see you!
