ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS
The EFL have introduced a change to the way season ticket holders watch home league matches via the iFollow streaming service.
Previously, unique passcodes were provided to season ticket holders prior to each home league game. These codes were then redeemed via iFollow by the season ticket holder to gain access to a video match pass.
The EFL have been working on a solution to attempt make the process easier for season ticket holders to have access to the live stream through iFollow and from Tuesday's game onwards, all season ticket holders' iFollow accounts will be automatically granted access to the live video stream for home league games. There will be no need to input passcodes, season ticket holders will just need to log into their iFollow account.
In order to support this process, the club have provided the EFL with season ticket holders' email addresses (data is being passed securely and purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow).
Each email address will only allow you to log on to one device at a time. However, if you have more than one season ticket attached to the same email address, you will be able to log on to the same number of devices as season tickets, ie if you have two season tickets attached to the same email address, the iFollow account attached to that email address will be upgraded to allow for two concurrent log ins.
In order to check whether you have access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple 3 step process.

3. Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'

If you are a season ticket holder - YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A PASS FOR THIS MATCH.
