RETURNS
We ask anyone who needs to return an item to hold onto this until we re-open the store. We are extending our returns policy from 30 days to 60 days from purchase. This policy will be reviewed in line with Government advice. Please do not send any returns back to us whilst the store is closed, as we will not be able to process this for you.
REFUNDS
If you have placed an order with us from 23/03/20 and wish to cancel your order, please e-mail hello@justsport-group.com and a member of our team will be able to process this for you. When e-mailing, please include your order number to speed up this process.
